I cannot guarantee color. RED, BLACK and BLUE are the colors I typically have.  I know this basket seem a little expensive but Plastic Cost, Metal Cost, Fabrication Cost have shot through the roof. and because of the SIZE shipping is almost 30% of the cost because of the size. I pay for the size not the weight.
I use a scooter and wanted a Jumbo Rear Basket for my scooter.
The scooter companies sell small rear baskets and get an outrageous amount of money for them.
A friend of mine is a home tinkerer and I told him I need a big basket for shopping. He makes things on the side for people with disabilities. I bought a Plastic Light Weight Basket and he made this bracket. The basket worked great so we have been buying the baskets and having the mounting bracket made to our specifications. The baskets are New and measure approximately 19" x 13" and it is 11" high. There is a metal cross member for support, with a hole for mounting the basket into the existing square receptacle that is on the seat of most Scooters and Power Wheelchairs.
The basket is perfect for grocery shopping and flee markets. I have been looking for years for a basket that I can really use and this is it.
Most scooters have the square receptacle in the back of the seat which can be used for rear baskets or cane holders.
Our brackets fits perfect.  The basket comes with a Basket, Metal Bracket and hardware to attach the two.  It will slide into the receiver (like a trailer hitch on a truck) in the back of the scooter seat and is held in place by a pin or some scooter have a friction screw.
